Minimalist aesthetic: My absolute favorite sources for visual inspiration

As much as I like and can identify with (most parts of) minimalism, I’m equally drawn to the aesthetic side of it. These two things are not necessarily interrelated, though people often assume they must go hand in hand. Yes, minimalism definitely has its root in art and often people who are attracted to it as a lifestyle also cherish simple forms, a monochrome color palette, and stylish, but equally functional products – but this is not a rule. You can totally adopt minimalist tendencies in your lifestyle and fill your home and wardrobe with color. Do not let anyone tell you otherwise.

As for me? I’m definitely in the aesthetic minimalist camp – in fashion, design, products, and interior design as well.

Here are my absolute favorite sources for minimalist visual inspiration.
